The people of RE/MAX One in Maryland (really all over – Southern Maryland, Annapolis, Eastern Shore…everywhere!) have a stellar office. They approached us to revamp their current website situation. They were paying a third party a large sum of money each month for a site that was generating few leads and needed repurposing.
We spent some time with RE/MAX One’s Marketing Director to determine scope and audience for their new site. And while the site has a completely searchable property database to generate leads for home buyers and sellers, we pursued a website targeting potentially new agents for the firm. RE/MAX One has over 120 agents (yeah, we said “holy Moses” too) and 5 different office locations, so they know how to move real estate in Maryland! Thus they need a lean, informational, clean site. Most Realtors® are on the go, so a website that’s responsive on phones, tablets, and desktops is a must. We incorporated the latest Flexbox technology keeping the site fluid on all devices.
The site also taps into the powerful lead-managing IDX Broker plugin to import the 120+ agents and offer thousands of searchable properties.
Though seemingly (and intentionally) simple on the outside, this website is a beast and works well for the intended audience.
