We treat each support request the same. However, we understand that some requests are more urgent than others. If your site is down, we’ll respond within two hours during normal operating hours (M-F 8 AM-6 PM CT).

We’ll address all requests within 24 hours and repair most problems within five business days, but most of the time, it’s faster than that!
